I bought my first airbrush at 13 years old.
To get it, I worked it off at a local video store. I had no idea that little airbrush would turn into a lifelong obsession.
More than 35 years later, I’m still chasing the same thing: creating artwork that stops people in their tracks.
From airbrush illustrations and pinstriping to candy colors, flake, hot rods, helmets, toolboxes, mailboxes, signs, digital artwork and anything else that can hold paint, I’ve always been drawn to custom culture and the people who build things with their own hands.
The Old Rooster Co. was built from that world.
This isn’t a corporate brand created in a boardroom. It’s inspired by late nights in the garage, welding sparks, kustom paint, old iron, road trips, sketchbooks, and the belief that creativity belongs to builders, painters, makers and misfits.
